Ok 4 kilos now Yay! Been fasting for 6 days now and it's the best I've felt in months about my progress. Basically I've been drinking water when I'm thirsty but not when I'm hungry, because that hungry feeling makes me feel like I'm doing the right thing. And even when I fill up on water I get this guilty feeling which makes me want to binge, so not doing that was a good idea. So a few of you have asked how...well the night before the first day I took some laxatives to clear my stomach. For exercise I've given up weights and decided to concentrate on my cardio workouts at the gym for about 2 hours everyday. A bit of my inspiration is ghandi because he used meditation to relax him and keep his mind clear without food which has been very useful (I use youtube videos). Yesterday I did have a spoonful of cake which was the best thing I had ever tasted but then I thought to myself after I'd finished the spoonful that I still wouldn't be satisfied once I finished the whole piece and a glass of water would just feel the same, so I had water instead and am very proud of myself.
