Tyra Banks has said that she loves to get naked, but in the privacy of her own home.
Banks, who bid adieu to modelling in 2005, has insisted that she would never shed her clothes for cameras. But she has claimed that she loves seeing herself naked at home.
"I always feel great when I don't have clothes on... I always feel good that way," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
In fact, sometimes she would prefer to be naked than clothed, she said.
"Sometimes certain clothes, when I put them on and they don't fit the way that I would like them to, that's when I tend to get self-conscious," she added.

Former model Tyra Banks has stripped - sort of - to promote the upcoming season of her talk show.
Posing in New York’s Union Square, Banks stripped to promote the move of The Tyra Banks Show to the CW network - the same network that airs Banks' America’s Next Top Model reality TV contest.
Tyra stripped down to her knickers, actually a body suit, and said her new season would be about "celebrating inner and outer beauty and owning and rocking what you’ve got".
Banks has always been outspoken about women's body images and the media's perception of them.
A few years ago, several celebrity publications ran some rather unflattering pictures of Banks in a bathing suit.
Afterward, she went on her own media campaign to respond, saying things to the effect of, "so what. I am who I am, and this is the body I have."
Banks will go another step further for the show's September 8 premiere.
She will take the weave out of her hair and appear au naturel. "No fake hair," Banks said in a release promoting the show.
"I'm rocking my REAL hair."

Tyra Banks' Show Faces Cuts... Supermodel-turned-TV presenter Tyra Banks is facing a raft of cuts to her daily talk show - as networks feel the pinch of the global economic downturn.
The Tyra Banks Show is to move to CW network's afternoon slot and will see the production schedule cut from 34 weeks to just 26 in a bid to slash costs.
The series has suffered a nine per cent drop in ratings since November last year (07).

Tyra Banks got revenge on a school bully when she made it as a supermodel.
The 'America's Next Top Model' host - who claims her height and looks have not always made her popular - revealed she got her own back on a bully when she saw him in a nightclub after growing into her body.
She said: "I used to be the freak at school. I was 5ft 9in and really skinny. I used to get picked on a lot. But now I can get my own back.
"There was this boy I really fancied called Antonio Epps who was so cruel. He used to say, 'I do not want that tall, skinny, braces mouth, big forehead girl anywhere near me.' I just broke down.
"But then when I just started being recognised as an up and coming supermodel I was out dancing and there was a big burly bouncer on the door - it was him. I went up to him and said, 'Antonio? It's me, Tyra, from school!' He was like, 'No way!' So that was nice. I got a little revenge there!"
Tyra has since forged a successful modelling career, and has her own US talk show, 'The Tyra Banks Show'.
