61 kilos


I think I may have said this but I've gained weight over my uni holidays. It's pretty funny because every time holidays start I vow to lose weight and plan to exercise my butt of because of all the free time I have but every single time they're over I always gain I think it's because I become a bit of a couch potato. Who can relate?

Anyway I'm 61 kilos atm and feeling pretty bad about. I was doing well with my diet today... Porridge for breakfast, an apple for lunch and a salad sandwich for dinner. But I did screw it up by having a glass of normal coke. Coke is my absolute weakness I love it to death. And it sucks because I CAN tell the difference between diet coke and normal coke. And I do try to drink diet coke because I need the caffeine but when normal and diet are sitting next to one another in the fridge I always make the bad choice.

I did an hour of yoga to today. It's amazing! So relaxing and I don't feel like I'm working out. I need to tone up as I'm going on holiday in July which is plenty of time and it's in winter and I'll be snowing there so at least I won't need to wear a bikini. But I still need to look good for partying;)

I really need to do a good long fast again! hopefully tomorrow!
