Never watch gilmore girls if you're on a diet!


I hadn't eaten the whole day except I went to a halloween party on saturday and me and my friend snagged the rest the lollies that were left over (drinking made us act like dicks) and I completely forgot about them until today but after a taste of one I gave the rest to my dog. So having nothing to watch at 9.30 I put on my gilmore girls dvd and they eat so much and are so skinny that it makes you forget that it's just a tv show and junk food does make you fat. So then I ended up eating garlic bread! I feel horrible, I wanna binge like crazy but I will tame myself. I guess this is a lesson for tomorrow. I'm going to read this post every time I feel hungry and hopefully it'll remind me that eating will just make me want to eat more, and afterward I don't even feel satisfied.

btw I was just wondering does anyone out there not really believe that diet coke is fat free... I know it literally says fat free on the label, zero calories, zero carbohydrates. But I'm just too scared to drink it while fasting, anyone else feel the same?
