Being the person who actually is organizing the points system I should be doing well and inspiring you guys but I actually suck at it. Drinking water is fine but I keep going over the limit with calories and binging and not even exercising.

Really sorry for my team hope I don't bring us down. Thanks to some words of wisdom from pasco I'm pretty sure I'm back on track now. I plan to have up to 300 calories a day for fuel for the next week as it is a very hectic time preparing for exams.

Friday 5th and Monday 8th -FAST
Go to the gym every morning for two hours then go downstairs to the uni library and study for 10 hours straight without any food. I did this at the start of semester and it was a good way do keep your mind off food.
I saw this video on youtube and I have to say one of the benefits of being single is that your not influenced by your boyfriends eating habits - but half my friends are guys and all my friends who are girls usually bring their boyfriends along wherever we go so its not that much of difference for me. But I've noticed two of my friends have gained so much weight and they eat so much when we go out, which is either because they don't care once they've got someone or they eat like their boyfriends unknowingly.
