I have to make up for yesterday now.




Woke up with the most queasy feeling in my stomach on Sunday morning...so I go downstairs and have two pieces of toast with butter and then realize a second after I've finished what I had just done! The bloating didn't help afterward either! I couldn't even do this magical thing that I read about on other girls' blogs; Purging. Yes, I cannot purge. I've stuck my finger down there many times and simply cannot do it.

So that ruined the rest of my day I ended up having 2 glasses of soft drink (not diet) and 2 bowls of soup. I opened the floodgates!

How can I go so well one day and move in an entirely opposite direction the other?

My solution: Fasting for the next 2 days (maybe three if I'm feeling ok). Go jogging twice a day for an hour each, and go to the gym for three hours a day. And I've made a giant sign for me to see on wall opposite my bed when I wake up: ''YOU WANT TO BE SKINNY!'' - just have to take it down every time someone enters my room.
