3 kilos, 3 kilos, 3 kilos!!!

YAY!!! I'm so happy right now I've lost 3 kilos! I think that's about 7 pounds(unsure)...The 50 day ABC diet is awesome, I would highly recommend it. Doing it with a buddy makes it so much better cause I don't want to let her down so thanks Pasco:)

I was busy all week cause of assignments and a test and having to catch up with old high school friends I used to take the bus with. So I'll go through the days now I may stuff up the order, my memory is a little jumbled right now:

Day One - Monday: My Sunday fast was pretty easy. I find fasting good if I have an empty stomach, I don't know why but it makes me feel skinnier so I don't want to eat. I fasted but I was soooo depressed that day just stayed in bed (its all in my last post).

Day two - Tuesday: Was supposed to fast on my plan but I decided to eat for studying to think straight and keep it under 400 but I couldn't stick to it! I counted it all up but and it was just over 700 which is ok but still kinda sucked b/c it was all sugar.

Day three - I tried to fast but ended up going out with friends and had diet coke and a few chips. But I ran around a bit being chased by my friends boyfriend to steal my gloves off me cause he thinks it was funny, don't ask. But I was sweating and puffed out so the jokes on him.

Day four - 300 calories the whole day, had lots of veggies to fill me up and went to the gym for 2 hours...so a pretty good day;)

Day Five - Went to the drive in...saw angels and demons and paul blart: mall cop, neither were very good anyway, I was supposed to meet up with my friends first to eat but I told them I had to go out with my family to eat...so I dodged out on that. Then the drive in was junk food heaven and although tempted I passed up multiple opportunities to have skittles and popcorn and saying I had a tooth ache. So I had about 250 calories the whole day.

Day six - Today I was supposed to fast but I didn't...I ended up having an omelet, yogurt and fat free baked beans for dinner. And I went to the gym for three hours Applause :) But I was so sore today, my body was warn out and I was just feeling down...then later I went on the scale and saw 63.2 so now I'm happy and energetic.

Everything I've been through this week was worth it! Tomorrow 200 cal, wish me luck.

BTW Did anyone hear about Farrah Fawcett. Sooo sad :( I idolize her for obvious reasons...
