5 kilos!!!! That's over 10 pounds. I'm so so so happy! I didn't eat anything for dinner last night because I was too tired from a two hour hard work out. So I was too lazy to make salad and I even turned down chocolate. So basically I've been eating one thing in the morning that's fattening a day and then living off water for the rest. Like one day I had half a piece of chocolate cake and another day I had two little pieces of chocolate and today I had a bowl of porridge, but that's all I'm going to eat because I know my diet works. I can really see the difference in my body!
